Geocaching at Easter! Mummy read an article on this in the newspaper a few weeks ago, Daddy has got a new gadget and we're all into Geocaching now! It's great, there are lots of treasures to be found all over the place... Sometimes you have to walk miles, others you just hop out the car and it's there. Our first two were "Bothal Bells and Branches" and "Near the Viaduct". Check it out for yourself at www.geocaching.com !!!
Daddy hasn't been doing enough blogging lately I know, so here's a real treat! Check out the link below for our Elfin Merry Christmas! http://www.elfyourself.com/?id=1493562761
Julia gave me her old bike the other day and I have just learnt how to ride it. Mummy & Daddy took me to Druridge Bay Country Park and I just pedalled and steered and loved it! Of course, Daddy forgot my helmet so I had to go extra careful, next time I'll pull a few wheelies!
We've been having a great time, doing lots of fun things and I've also been helping Mummy and Daddy with Alice. I've helped wash her hair, change her nappy and now I've got a bit more used to her crying, I sing to her to help settle her when she's upset. Here's a few photos from the last couple of weeks.
Mamsie passed away last night, we will all miss her dearly. I asked why Mamsie wasn't where she normally was and Mummy and Daddy explained that sometimes when people are very old, they die and we can't see them any more. I will always think of the room next to Mummy & Daddy's as Mamsie's bedroom. She was lovely.
Today I went into the hospital to see Mummy and my new baby sister Alice. She is lovely and very cute. I gave her kisses and cuddles and held her too, we are going to be great friends. Here is a picture of us, Alice is only 5 hours old!
We had a great time in Scotland, the place we stayed in was amazing (it's called Dorlin Cottage - click to find out more about it but make sure you don't book it when we want to go!!!), every morning we saw deer and rabbits in the garden. One morning we also saw an otter swimming on the shore in front of our garden.
The snow was great fun, I went sledging with Daddy, made a snowman with Mummy and had snowball fights with everyone! It's pretty tiring though! Dad needed a hand carrying his sledge up the hill.
Alnwick Garden is amazing, I got realy wet but had a great time when I went with Mummy & Granny the other day. This was my favourite, it fills up with water then all of a sudden these huge jets squirt up from the ground.
My favourite drink right now is hot chocolate, especially with chocolatey bits sprinkled over the top, Rutherfords do a good one, so did the people at the Nevis Range Ski Centre which is where I was here with Mummy while Daddy was doing some crazy sledging and Auntie Scoob & Jay went skiing.
